Shipping policy
Shipping
We ship all across the U.S to all states where THCA is legal. We ship all orders in discreet and secure packaging to ensure they arrive safely at our customers' doors. All orders are shipped within 3-7 business days after the order is placed, regardless of the shipping method selected.
During sales and new product releases, the volume of orders can cause processing times to increase by up to an additional seven business days. If you encounter an issue with your order, please email us at info@gashouse.com, and we will ensure it's resolved.
Products will be shipped in compliance with all hemp laws. They will include a Certificate of Analysis showing that everything contained in the shipment comprises less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC, Ensuring Compliance with all State and Federal Hemp Laws. Shipping is only available in states and countries where THCA is legal.
Standard Shipping
As soon as the order is dispatched, you will receive a USPS tracking number.
Guaranteed Delivery
We offer “Guaranteed Delivery” for an additional fee.

You can file a claim by sending an email to info@gashouse.com with your order number if you notice your tracking shows it has been delivered, but you have not received it.
*If GasHouse determines deliverability failed due to a non-customer issue, GasHouse will send a second package.
